Position Overview: Were seeking enthusiastic Appointment Setters and Walkers to join our dynamic team in the St. Louis area. This is a commission-based position, offering the opportunity for significant earning potential based on your performance. Key Responsibilities:

• Appointment Setters: Reach out to potential clients via phone and email to schedule appointments for solar consultations. Provide detailed information about our services and answer any initial questions.
• Walkers: Visit residential areas to engage with homeowners directly. Share information about our solar solutions, answer questions, and set appointments for consultations.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
• Reliable transportation for walking or traveling to appointments.

Compensation:

Pay: $86,833.00 – $102,701.00 per year
