We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solar Commercial Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in closing deals and promoting the services of the company. This position requires the ability to generate their own leads and work and travel within the Connecticut area.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell the solar services offered by the company to commercial clients.
  • Generate leads through prospecting, networking, referrals, and other sales strategies.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ energy consumption and present customized solar solutions.
  • Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations to educate potential clients on the benefits of solar energy.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing revenue.
  • Collaborate with the project management team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the solar industry, with a focus on commercial clients.
  • Strong ability to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • In-depth knowledge of solar energy and its benefits.
  • Ability to work independently and travel within the Connecticut area.
