We are seeking a seasoned Solar Commercial Project Manager to join our dynamic and fast-paced Energy industry team. The chosen candidate will play a vital role in managing and delivering solar energy projects from the initial stages to completion. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to our company’s growth while working in a stimulating and innovative environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Helioscope or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field.

Responsibilities:

As a Solar Commercial Project Manager, you will:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of solar energy projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Utilize Helioscope or equivalent software to design and model solar energy systems, optimize system performance, and generate detailed reports.
• Work closely with the engineering team to ensure that project designs are technically sound, cost-effective, and compliant with relevant regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities, to ensure smooth project progress.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement appropriate solutions.
• Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to senior management and clients.
• Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new project opportunities, preparing proposals, and participating in contract negotiations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the solar energy industry, and leverage this knowledge to improve project outcomes and drive innovation.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Solar Commercial Project Manager position will have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing solar energy projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Proficiency in using Helioscope or equivalent software for solar energy system design and modeling.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Strong technical knowledge of solar energy systems, including design principles, performance optimization, and regulatory compliance.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders.
• A results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
