Location: Remote (United States)

Job Type: Contract (10 to 20 hours per week)
Pay: $20 per hour + Performance-Based Bonus (up to $80 per hour)

Acros Energy is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales/Marketing Specialist to join our team. We specialize in structural engineering services for commercial and industrial (C&I) and utility-scale solar projects. This role is crucial in expanding our customer base and increasing customer lifetime value (CLV) for both new and existing customers. The ideal candidate will also represent Acros Energy at key solar energy events or conferences throughout the year to network and foster new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase Acros Energys customer base within the solar industry
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing customers to enhance their CLV through increased engagement and service offerings
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on C&I solar projects
  • Implement marketing campaigns to raise awareness of Acros Energys services
  • Attend and represent Acros Energy at solar energy events or conferences throughout the year to network, generate leads, and build relationships
  • Monitor and analyze CLV metrics for both new and existing customers, adjusting strategies as needed to drive growth
  • Collaborate closely with our technical teams to ensure smooth project handovers and customer satisfaction
  • Report on sales metrics on a monthly basis to adjust strategies for maximum impact

Compensation Structure:

  • Base Pay: $20 per hour
  • Bonus: Additional compensation will be paid based on increased CLV, which can elevate the hourly rate to as high as $80 per hour depending on performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in a related field
  • Proven sales experience, preferably within the renewable energy or engineering industries
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and develop new client relationships, while nurturing and growing existing ones
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs), including CLV
  • Willingness to attend industry events and travel as needed
  • Creative thinker who is motivated by results and performance-based incentives
  • Work authorization in the United States
