Role Overview

As a Sales Lead, you will be the face of the company in the US, responsible for driving sales and fostering relationships in the rapidly expanding battery storage market.

You will leverage your expertise to connect with key stakeholders, develop strategic partnerships, and close high-impact deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Sales: Identify and engage with potential clients, managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to expand our presence in the US market, targeting commercial, industrial, and utility sectors.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers.

Product Knowledge: Stay ahead of industry trends and advancements in battery storage technology to effectively position our products.

Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a sales role within the energy sector, preferably in battery storage or renewable energy solutions.

Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.

Networking Skills: Strong network of industry contacts and the ability to build relationships with key decision-makers.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions in a clear and compelling manner.

Self-Motivated: Proactive, with a strong drive to succeed and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Travel: Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and site visits as required.
