Job Description

Currently partnered with a leading provider of innovative lithium-ion battery solutions and materials, catering to various industries including automotive, consumer electronics, and energy storage. They are looking for an experienced DOS to drive strategic partnerships and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive sales strategies through collaboration with executive management to penetrate target markets and achieve sales targets.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and accountability. Set clear sales targets and KPIs, and monitor team performance to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, and potential challenges, and utilize insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products, technologies, and value proposition. Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively promote and sell company products.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on technology or industrial products.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Deep understanding of the battery industry, including lithium-ion technology, market trends, and competitive landscape.
