We are seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Solar Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with customers, and closing deals to install solar systems for homeowners. If you have a passion for renewable energy, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business leads through door to door sales, online marketing, and referrals
  • Conduct home consultations with potential customers to assess their energy needs and explain the benefits of solar energy
  • Present and sell our solar solutions to homeowners, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Collaborate with our installation team to ensure smooth project execution
  • Stay Up to Date on industry trends, products, and technologies

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
