We are seeking a dynamic Residential Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling residential energy solutions to potential customers. This role requires a strong focus on technical sales, customer service, and market knowledge.
*Duties*
– Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs
– Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their energy requirements
– Present and promote residential energy products and services to customers
– Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively
– Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale
– Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
*Skills*
– Experience in technical sales, particularly in the energy sector
– Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
– Excellent customer service skills with a customer-centric approach
– Proficiency in outside sales techniques
– Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, is a plus
– Leadership qualities to drive sales initiatives
– Multilingual abilities are advantageous for engaging with diverse customer bases
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $100,000.00 – $300,000.00 per year
