Position Summary: My cleint is seeking a motivated and experienced Full Desk Recruitment Consultant to join our renewable energy division. This role is ideal for a recruitment professional with a passion for sustainability and a proven track record in full cycle recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from business development and client management to candidate sourcing and placement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:
  • Identify and target potential clients within the renewable energy sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Negotiate terms of business and manage contractual agreements.
  • Client Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to assess their recruitment needs and provide updates.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop job descriptions and candidate profiles.
  • Candidate Sourcing:
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract top talent.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future job openings.
  • Recruitment Process Management:
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial contact to offer negotiation and placement.
  • Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, providing timely feedback to both parties.
  • Conduct reference checks and facilitate background checks as needed.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Market Knowledge:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities within the renewable energy sector.
  • Provide market insights and advice to clients and candidates.
