We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and experienced in Photovoltaic (PV) Solar Trainer to join our team. The SME will play a crucial role in developing and delivering an online training program designed to prepare students for the NABCEP PV Associate credential.
**Job Description**
– Develop comprehensive curriculum and course materials aligned with NABCEP PV Associate Job Task Analysis (JTA) and Learning Objectives.
– Collaborate with instructional designers to create immersive learning experiences using VR and AI.
– Provide expert insights and guidance on PV Solar technology, including application, design, installation, and maintenance.
– Ensure all course content meets industry standards and best practices.
– Conduct regular reviews and updates of course materials to reflect the latest advancements in PV Solar technology.
– Assist in the development of assessments and practice exams to prepare students for the NABCEP PV Associate exam.
– Participate in webinars, Q&A sessions, and other student engagement activities to enhance the learning experience.
**Experience**
– NABCEP PV Associate or higher certification required.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in the PV Solar industry.
– Proven expertise in PV Solar technology, including design, installation, and maintenance.
– Experience in curriculum development and instructional design, preferably in an online learning environment.
– Familiarity with immersive technologies such as VR and AI is highly desirable.
– Strong communication and presentation skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
