Project Manager (Construction/Solar)

Currently supporting a 20-year established EPC + O&M firm operating out of California’s Central Valley as they continue their steady expansion. With a portfolio of over 200 ongoing C&I focused PV solar projects ranging from 1 – 5MW, now increasing to 20MW with growing Solar + BESS demands, they are seeking a skilled Project Manager to add bandwidth to their team.

In this role, Project Managers will oversee the full lifecycle of a project, from Contract to Permission to Operate (PTO).

Whilst all projects are Solar/PV or PV+BESS the successful candidate could be new to this sector, but proven in construction. If you want to be a part of the Clean Energy revolution, this is absolutely the right route in.

This is a full-time IN-OFFICE/ON-SITE role with a close-knit team, ideal for Project Manager well versed in ensuring continuous progress and delivery both on projects directly and through working collaboratively with a small team.

The successful candidate will come with:

1. Proven experience as a Project Manager from high priority/high value construction projects.
2. Proven project ownership across all phases of project lifecycle from sales/engineering/construction through utility provided permission to operate.
3. Excellent relationship/communication skills, comfortable routinely communicating project status updates effectively both to external customers and internal stakeholders.
4. Project schedule ownership experience (Monday.com, JobNimbus, Inflow or other exp)
