Project Coordinator

Progressive Design, Inc. is currently seeking an Project Coordinator to support a large PDI client based in Virginia. This position will be working with the Coastal Virginia Offshore Wind (CVOW) program managing the Request for Information process between contractors. This is a full time position that is located in Richmond, VA and is anticipated to be at least a two year commitment.

General Responsibilities:

• Manage the Request for Information (RFI) business process from contractors
• Request clarification about documents, drawings, specifications, or other project conditions
• Resolve information gaps, eliminate ambiguities, and capture and share specific decisions during the course of the project
• Conducting administrative duties
• Tracking and reporting project progress
• Maintain a strong line of communication with all team members on projects
• Position will be expected and paid for overtime (40-50 hours per week on average)
• Primarily based in Richmond, VA with occasional travel to Virginia Beach

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience working in administrative field with technical background in construction
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Excellent multitasking skills
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Detail orientated and highly organized
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
