This position is in the Occupational Health Division (OHD) of the Wisconsin State Laboratory of Hygiene (WSLH) within WisCon, OSHA’s Onsite Consultation Program. Duties of this position include, but are not limited to: 1) promptly answering e-mails and phone call requests from clients, 2) establishing electronic case files for consultants on our team 3) exporting reports from our database to Excel on a routine and scheduled bases, 4) assisting with periodic internal quality audits, 5) reserving fleet vehicles for non-WisCon staff, 6) assisting with miscellaneous front office support tasks. The employee filling this position must be highly trustworthy and reliable and demonstrate superior oral and written communication and time management skills.

This position will work independently under the direct supervision of the Program Manager. Knowledge of the computer programs Word and Excel are required. Effective organization and time management skills are essential. Exceptional customer service, telephone, written and verbal communication skills are required. This position will require an individual to sit and work at a computer for up to 8 hours per day
