Summary:

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the marketing strategy for our cutting-edge energy storage solutions. This position will report to the Director, Strategic Marketing and your responsibilities will include understanding customer needs, developing go-to-market strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful product launches and market expansion. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the energy industry and a proven track record of effectively positioning and promoting technical products.

Job Details:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market needs
  • Craft and refine product messaging and positioning that differentiates our products in the market and resonates with target audiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Development, Sales, and Communications to ensure cohesive and impactful product narratives
  • Utilize customer feedback and analytics to inform and enhance product positioning and messaging
  • Gather and organize data from various sources, develop insightful reports, and present findings to guide strategic decisions and optimize marketing initiatives
  • Partner with the Content Marketing team to produce and oversee the distribution of key marketing materials such as product brochures, presentations, case studies, and whitepapers
  • Equip the sales team with the tools and knowledge needed to effectively sell energy storage solutions. Provide training on product features, benefits, and competitive positioning
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to keep our product marketing strategies current and effective
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing in the following industries: energy storage, clean energy, industrial power equipment, or renewables
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and marketing campaigns
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders
  • Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Passion for sustainability, clean energy, and innovative technologies is a plus

Compensation for this position is commensurate with location, experience and relevant skills. The national Average Base Salary Range is $95,000-$128,000 . Positions may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on company and personal performance.
