Position Specific Description

A leading residential clean energy solutions provider, EverBright brings together finance and technology to provide customers with an all-in-one solution for powering their carbon-neutral homes. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Process Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our business processes. The Process Specialist III will support all process documentation for the customer support team. Clear and concise documentation of processes, policies, and procedures is essential to ensure that personnel are following standardized protocols and providing a consistent customer experience.

Job Overview

Employees in this role collect and analyze process data to initiate, develop and recommend business practices and procedures that focus on enhanced safety, increased productivity and reduced cost.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinates and executes projects that are cross-functional and specialized in nature
  • Involves identification and implementation of process improvements, and will develop overall understanding of the organization
  • Maintains indicators and reports specific processes
  • Travels within service territory at times and occasionally attends at meetings and conferences outside service territory
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

  • Bachelor’s or Equivalent Experience
