The AES CE Finance team is hiring an Asset Manager to run complex asset portfolios in the renewable or energy field. The Portfolio Asset Manager will support the coaching and development of peers and lead reporting, oversight, and coordination for a portfolio of renewable energy assets. The Asset Managers are critical in the operation of a large fleet of renewable and energy storage projects across the United States to ensure optimal financial performance of the companys rapidly growing fleet. Responsibilities will include project reporting and coordination of financial, commercial, compliance management and administrative tasks as well as coordination and oversight of the operations and maintenance of the assets.

The expected salary for this position, at commencement of employment, is between $85,000 and $106,250/Annual; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements such as annual bonus, in addition to a full range of medical, dental, vision, life, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
