Your Impact:

Pearce Services is seeking an Operations Support Assistant will be the liaison between operations, admin, and customers for cross functional teams. This role involves office duties that support multiple projects specific to the telecommunications industry. Being an Operations Support Assistant requires a strong attention to detail, willingness to learn and comfort working with Excel and other software programs for data entry.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage work orders throughout the week performing quality control checks and requesting additional information needed.
  • Meeting with Managers to review and resolve any process flows, reporting, ensure materials and labor costs are being captured correctly and at the correct amount.
  • Create and maintain process improvements, updating organizational chart, maintain SOP’s for administrative and operations team.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and personnel. Complies with all specifications, industry standards, safety rules, regulations, and company policies and procedures
  • Review, maintain, submit daily work orders, weekly reports with managers.
  • Weekly reports for completed maintenance jobs.

Specific duties may vary or evolve over time based on business and client needs.

Core Experience

  • 2+ years of Administration experience (preferred)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Experience in Excel: formulas, look-ups, pivot tables, data entry, etc.
  • General technical proficiency
  • Keyboard and 10-key proficiency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive attitude and proactive approach to tasks
  • Detail oriented is a must in this role, must have a keen eye for catching errors, proofing work before submitting, and ensuring overall accuracy.

Compensation: $18.00- $23.00 per hour/DOE
