Duties

  • All the duties of an operations coordinator would require learning and understanding the process and duties of Ops Coordinators.
  • Work directly with Operations Manager for overall process improvement, drive team efficiency, ability to cover market with OM out.
  • Identify areas of improvement and collaborate with OM to implement changes.
  • Take ownership for the success of market and grow to manage market.
  • Exceptionally organized, meticulous, and detail organized
  • Proven ability to adapt and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • High sense of urgency and deadline driven
  • Skilled in adapting to requirements of numerous, constantly changing demands

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Associate degree preferred.
  • Prior leadership position (leading team, projects)
  • Creative problem solver
  • Team player, self-starter
  • Computer literacy is a MUST
  • In office position
  • Experience with CRMs or large databases
  • Proficient and accurate data entry
  • Ability to work on multiple screens and manage different tasks throughout the day.
  • Comfortable calling customers, HOAs, cities and counties.
