Job Description

Our offshore wind client is seeking an Offshore Operations/Site Coordinator. This role will have you working offshore supporting vital operations for windfarm construction off of New England. This is a contract position set to go through the end of December 2025. The rotation schedule is 2 weeks on/2 weeks off.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate offshore activities with the Marine and Helicopter Coordination Centre
  • Arrange meetings and liaise with project stakeholders
  • Ensure adherence to project procedure, processes, and technical tools
  • Support HSE when required
  • Operate the offshore management system and provide lessons learnt/change requests
  • Participate in/contribute to general lessons learned

Requirements:

  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Hold the following offshore certifications or be willing to obtain them at your own cost: GWO, OGUK w/ Chester Step Test, BOSIET or HUET w/ CA-EBS
  • Must be willing to travel to mobilization site at Providence, RI at the start of each rotation
