Job Description

We are looking for a full-time, temporary, general office manager to organize and coordinate administration duties, assist with phone calls, and maintain office procedures for the Wheatsborough Solar project in Ohio.

We are looking for an enthusiastic partner to assist the Wheatsborough Solar team in moving the project forward through landowner phone calls, event planning, and maintaining supplies for development managers, land agents and the public engagement team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining office supplies
  • Printing requests
  • Greeting guests
  • Making phone calls to landowners
  • Coordinating with vendors
  • Running general errands for the office
  • Maintaining the office condition
  • Assisting with event planning
  • Document control
  • Generating site reports and analyzing data
  • Administrative duties for the designated project site
  • Other duties as assigned

Additional Information:

This position is a contracted role through a staffing agency and is temporary in nature. The position will be located in an assigned active project development area, as determined by the Apex business needs and outlined in the job description, and may be subject to separation based on completion or de-prioritization of the assigned project. Typical engagements can last 3-12 months. It is anticipated that this role will last for approximately 12 months.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree required
  • At least 2 years of previous experience administratively supporting a small office
  • Demonstrated history of working with confidential, sensitive information
  • Customer service skills
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal
  • High level of attention to detail and time-management
  • Easy-going in a fast-moving environment
  • Problem solving skills
  • Interest in renewable energy development
  • Proficient with Microsoft 360 products
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Willing and able to work in and around the assigned active project area in Bellevue, OH

Work Environment:

Works primarily traditional office hours in an indoor office environment a local office in the project area. Flexible work hours allowed when work duties and business operations permit.
