Job Description

Seeking a Managing Electrician for a direct hire opportunity with our client in Denver, CO.

This position offers full benefits including PTO, Medical, Dental and 401k!

Salary is between $120,000 – $150,000 per year (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Executes an effective hiring, onboarding, and retention program for field electricians and technicians.
  • Creates infrastructure for job scheduling and dispatch that ensures electrician preparedness, effectiveness, and productivity.
  • Builds and sustains a thriving electrical apprenticeship program.
  • Fosters an inclusive and participatory culture across a distributed field team.
  • Executes a strong performance management program with period performance feedback, reviews, and professional development for all team members.
  • Troubleshoots installation challenges, supporting field electricians and customers respond to complex installation requirements and change orders.
  • Supports sales by serving as electrical subject-matter expert, assisting with complex project scoping and engaging customers as needed.
  • Creates a training program to support team growth and preparedness.
  • Identifies procedural, educational, and system gaps and contributes to continuous performance improvement across the field organization.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience supervising an electrical workforce
  • Residential electrical installation experience
  • Demonstrated experience in EV charging, storage battery installation, and current techniques in home electrification and renewable energy
  • Ability to educate on national and regional electrical code requirements
  • Comfort interpreting electrical plans, single-line diagrams, and project specifications related to electrical installations
  • Proven track record of deploying systems and software to improve team efficiency and effectiveness
  • Demonstrated interest in employee performance management, supervision, and capacity-building
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, bringing together multiple teams to drive toward a common goal
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
