As a Solar Modules Installation Crew Foreman, you will oversee and coordinate the activities of a team responsible for the installation of solar panel systems. You will ensure that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with established guidelines and standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in solar panel installation, and the ability to manage resources effectively.
Duties:
– Install solar modules on roofs or other structures following blueprints and schematics.
– Perform fixture installations for solar panels.
– Connect solar modules to electrical systems, ensuring proper wiring and high voltage safety measures.
– Conduct construction site assessments to determine the best placement for solar panel installation.
– Utilize tools such as voltmeters, forklifts, and other equipment to aid in the installation process.
– Ensure all installations comply with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:
– Previous experience as a Solar Installer or related field is preferred.
– Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding schematics.
– Knowledge of high voltage systems and safety procedures.
– Ability to work at heights and on roofs for extended periods.
