We are seeking a skilled and experienced Solar Installer to join our team. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for assisting in the installation and maintenance of solar panel systems. This is a hands-on role that requires technical expertise and attention to detail. Responsibilities:
– Assist in the installation of solar panel systems on residential and commercial properties
– Work with a team to safely and efficiently install solar panels, racking systems, and electrical components
– Perform electrical wiring and connections according to schematics and blueprints
– Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with industry standards and regulations
– Conduct quality inspections to verify the integrity of installed systems
– Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions that may arise during installation or maintenance
– Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
Experience:
– Previous experience in solar installation or related field is preferred but not required
– Knowledge of commercial electrician practices and techniques
– Proficiency in using power tools for construction purposes
– Basic understanding of roofing principles and techniques
– Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
– Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues during installation
