Head of Finance

A Market leader in the provision of installation and service solutions in the Wind Power market is actively looking to hire a Head of Finance!

This is a terrific opportunity to take on a critical role that will shape the financial strategy of a fast-growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain accounting systems for timely, relevant financial reporting
• Oversee payee processes, cash flow, purchasing, and accounts management
• Establish internal controls and guidelines for accounting and budgeting
• Monitor daily financial operations and accounting duties
• Prepare financial forecasts, annual budgets, and business activity reports
• Manage insurance policies and ensure legal compliance
• Handle creditor and vendor communications
• Oversee invoicing and monitor trade receivables
• Track payments, expenditures, and payroll
• Produce periodic financial reports adhering to GAAP
• Manage tax planning and filing
• Prepare year-end audit documentation
• Provide financial analysis for investments, pricing, and negotiations
• Participate in policy development as part of the Leadership team
• Supervise and develop the finance department

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Proven experience in a senior financial management role
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and GAAP
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding leadership and communication abilities
• Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
