Summary:
The Handling Industry Director will be responsible for crafting and executing a unified Industry strategy across the Americas, focusing on the Handling segment. This role involves end-to-end accountability for driving profitable and sustainable growth, aligning regional market strategies with SKF’s value proposition, and leading new product development within SKF’s formal development project process. The Director will serve as a key connector for the Full Value Chain to Original Equipment (OE) and Aftermarket (AM), ensuring seamless integration and strategy alignment. Reporting to the VP of Industrial OE Strategic Sales Americas, this role is crucial for segment and footprint alignment with SKF Global Industry and Product leads in Group Commercial Excellence Bearings.

Communicate Industry trends and market needs, providing insightful guidance to the organization for the Handling Industry.

Technical Expertise: Good understanding of technical aspects related to the Handling segment, including product knowledge and manufacturing processes.
