Summary: The Asset Management team’s goal is to facilitate a positive customer experience with NEXTracker. The Field Services Technician ensures that NEXTracker’s product and continuing support exceeds customer expectations and is of the highest quality possible, developing customer loyalty by optimizing the product to the customer’s needs and providing great technical support services. Responsibilities:
Experience and Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or equivalent power generation and commissioning experience
Strong understanding of customer and technical support for Utility-scale and DG projects
Extensive experience with power generation troubleshooting
Extensive experience with various controls systems
Strong drive for Renewable Energy Industry Development
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
OSHA 10
Up to 75% travel required
Must be able to walk for the majority of the day while carrying tools
