Currently Hiring Full-Time Experienced Solar Sales Associates LEADS PROVIDED! We firmly believe in creating affordable, renewable energy for all homeowners. If you are passionate about renewable energy we’d love for you to build a career with us!

We are currently hiring experienced sales associates to join our solar division. Solar is one of the fastest growing businesses currently. Not only is solar beneficial to the environment, it helps drastically reduce utility bills, as well as add value to the home.

We’re looking for candidates to attend appointments to conduct in home sales presentations with potential clients looking to learn more about our solar products and services. You will guide them through what would best work for their budget and home, negotiate and close the sale, and follow up with the customer through the installation process for the highest customer satisfaction!

We are looking for experienced sales associates with previous experience in negotiating and closing large sales (retail experience does not count.)

Daily Responsibilities

  • Attend company meetings as required
  • Attend appointments weekly with customers already interested in learning more about our products and services
  • Perform in home sales presentations explaining the benefits of solar, and create recommendations based off of customers needs
  • Negotiate and close the sale
  • Follow up with customers throughout the installation process to make sure they have the highest customer satisfaction
  • Provide the proper customer data to the Marketing/Sales manager in a timely fashion
  • Represent our company with professionalism at all times
  • Perform other duties or responsibilities as required.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of sales experience
  • Excellent customer service skills, must enjoy talking to people
  • Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation to attend appointments
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be comfortable conducting in home sales presentation
  • Should have experience with negotiating and closing sales
  • Self motivated drive to hit individual goals
  • Independent and able to work with limited supervision
