Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Leadership to join our Dealer Program as an Authorized EnerWay Dealer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading sales teams, developing strategies to increase sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
As a Dealer, you will be responsible for managing your team’s solar sales, typically within the context of a specific market. This role requires business practice skills, strong negotiation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
– Utilize software tools to track market trends and make informed decisions
– Conduct outside sales activities to expand the customer base
– Provide exceptional customer service throughout all interactions
– Demonstrate leadership qualities in guiding sales strategies
– Conduct energy sales transactions efficiently
Experience
– Previous experience in a solar management or sales role is preferred
– Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, is a plus
– Knowledge of energy sales practices is advantageous
– Strong market awareness and ability to analyze trends
– Multilingual skills are beneficial for engaging with diverse clientele
