Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Energy Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the process of understanding and implementing energy-efficient solutions, including solar energy options. Your expertise in energy sales and customer service will help clients make informed decisions that benefit both their homes and the environment. This position requires strong communication skills and a passion for renewable energy.
Responsibilities
– Conduct thorough assessments of customer energy needs and provide tailored recommendations.
– Educate clients on the benefits of solar energy and other energy-efficient solutions.
– Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
– Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure favorable terms.
– Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless installation of products.
– Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape.
– Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.
Skills
– Strong technical sales background with the ability to understand complex products.
– Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
– Excellent outside sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
– Strong negotiation skills to secure beneficial agreements for both the company and clients.
