Job Description : We are seeking a Electrical Solar Cells Trainer, who will be responsible for providing technical skill training courses for Locally Employed staff to be delivered at U.S. Embassies or Consulates. Actual dates and location will be determined for the delivery of 8 classes per year. Duties and Responsibilities : Provide all specified training materials to teach the fundamental skill sets that are required for workers to effectively operate and maintain equipment at selected Embassies or Consulate locations. Create and perform a skill assessment evaluation of each worker who attends the training to assess the workers comprehension of the skill training courses delivered. Observe the host location attendees on the job to evaluate the workers trade craft skills after training is completed. Will be required to return to the host location to conduct a Six-Month Evaluation of the workers that attended the training to support the Facility Management staff. Other duties as assigned by supervisor. Minimum Requirements : Must have a minimum of five years of experience conducting technical training and at least 3 years of operations and maintenance experience. Must be qualified and dedicated master with prior overseas industry training experience. Must be skilled to adapt to the learning environment to accommodate a diverse group of workers. Must be able and willing to travel up to two weeks at time. Valid US Passport required for travel.
