A day in the life
The Director, Project & Construction Management role will report to the VP of Warehouse Product Solutions to collaborate on the design and delivery of programmatic initiatives and strategy. We are looking for someone that provides a combination of Construction Management and Program Management to implement and deliver complex warehouse products and solutions to our customers. You will play a key role in building trust that Essentials is the “one hand to shake” for all our customers’ warehousing needs. This subject matter expert will have a deep grasp of how to methodically analyze customer needs and specifications and demonstrate strength in leading a team through problem solving, issue-resolution, and working towards results.

Hiring Salary Range of: $174,000 – $239,000. Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target) to be determined by the candidate’s location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
