Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door outreach and participate in community events to educate the public about our community solar programs.
- Engage with individuals and businesses to explain the advantages of joining a local community solar farm.
- Guide potential customers through the process of enrolling in our solar programs.
- Utilize digital marketing strategies to reach a broader audience and generate leads.
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of state-backed solar initiatives and how they benefit the community.
Who You Are:
- Passionate about renewable energy and making a positive impact on the environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, able to work independently.
- Experience in direct-to-door sales or outdoor sales is highly desirable.
- Committed to ongoing personal and professional development.

Compensation:
- Training Pay: Qualifying new hires will earn a base pay of $600 per week during training.
- Sign-on Bonus: Qualified new hires will receive a sign-on bonus of $1,000 which includes an iPad, case, and an additional $500. Milestones need to be achieved to qualify for the bonus.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $115,000.00 per year
