What You’ll Be Doing

Working in communities near you, you will reach out to local businesses to educate them on community solar, help them understand the benefits of green energy, and connect them with local solar farms to help them start receiving the solar credits on their electric bills.

With no upfront cost for the customer, this is one sales position you can feel great about!

We are proud to offer excellent compensation, including base salary plus commission for both entry level and experienced sales specialists. Our commission is always uncapped with the potential to earn $125k+ in your first year!

Responsibilities

  • Contacts prospective clients through direct sales to educate on Community Solar
  • Enter and maintain customer information within our database
  • Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
  • Provide valuable strategy and information to improve sales and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • 4+ year(s) of experience in a B2B sales, canvassing, or service position
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly intelligent, problem-solving mindset
  • Competitive, money-driven personality
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to travel 100% of the time, as this position is on the road
  • Available to travel outside of Delaware if needed

Pay: $95,000.00 – $185,000.00 per year
