Job Description

OPPORTUNITY:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Call Center Team Manager to recruit, train, and lead a future sales team of 5-20 sales representatives, fostering an environment of high performance and continuous improvement. Sales team will be selling battery and solar generators that range from $10 to $5K+.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting: Identify, interview, and hire top sales talent to join our team.
  • Training: Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to ensure new hires are well-equipped to succeed.
  • Motivating: Inspire and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing feedback and coaching to team members.
  • Strategy Development: Work closely with senior management to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Sale : Need to be able to Sale over the phone and help overcome leads opjections. This might be to write new sales scripts for each lead source.
  • HubSpot Management: Utilize HubSpot for CRM management, sales tracking, and reporting.
  • Analytical Skills: Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports for sales team such as performance metrics, analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and excutives to ensure alignment of sales center activities with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Resourcefulness and creative thinker with a passion for innovation and winning.
  • Experience: 3-7 years of experience in recruiting, training, and managing sales teams.
  • HubSpot Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
  • Scripting: Identify by lead source where each lead source is coming fronm and develop new sales scripts for each traffic source.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership abilities with a track record of motivating and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in customer service and call center management.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including CRM software, analytics tools, and project management systems.
