Job Overview:

The company is seeking an AVP of Asset Management to oversee its solar and energy storage (BESS) assets. Reporting to the VP of Operations, the role involves managing a 1.5 GW portfolio, ensuring compliance with regulations, financial reporting, and optimizing asset performance. The candidate will handle budgets, revenue oversight, and work closely with various internal teams, regulatory bodies, and financial partners.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in solar/BESS asset management
  • Strong financial and regulatory compliance background
  • Experience in energy market management, plant operations, and P&L analysis
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Self-starter with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
