Administrative Assistant
JOB SUMMARY
This position provides a broad range of administrative support to the Metro North and Northwest Region External Affairs teams. The teams consist of nine employees responsible for a wide variety of job functions, from community engagement to region operations. The position requires working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment and time will be allocated between the Metro North & Northwest regions. The assigned work location will be in Lawrenceville, Georgia. The ideal candidate demonstrates initiative, is eager to learn, and is extremely detailed oriented. Duties will include, but are not limited to, timekeeping, expense reporting, scheduling/coordinating meetings, managing calendars, creating presentations, and tracking monthly budgets.
