Job Description Join our team as a Solar Roof Lead, you will oversee the installation of solar panel systems specifically integrated into roofing structures. You will lead a team of installers to ensure the successful completion of projects. Your expertise in roofing and solar technology will be essential in delivering high-quality installations that meet customer expectations and industry standards. Qualifications:
<ul>
 <li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
 <li>Previous experience in roofing or solar installation, with a strong experience</li>
 <li>Leadership experience, with the ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks</li>
 <li>Familiarity with roofing materials, techniques, and safety practices</li>
 <li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail</li>
 <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>
 <li>Valid driver's license and clean driving record</li>
</ul>
Physical Requirements:
<ul>
 <li>Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform manual labor</li>
 <li>Comfortable working on rooftops and in confined space</li>
</ul>
