Fulltime, Direct-Hire Packager Position
Monday thru Friday 9am-5pm
$19/Hr
ANNOUNCEMENT: Our two Belanger manufacturing locations in Northville and Novi will consolidate into a new, state-of-the-art facility in Livonia, Michigan by the end of the year. Packager
*This is not just a position picking/packing in a large warehouse*
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
<ul>
 <li>Follow Bills of Materials to pull, package/wrap, palletize customer orders</li>
 <li>Use various measurement and hand tools</li>
 <li>Assemble wood pallets</li>
 <li>Operate industrial saw to cut wood for creating pallets</li>
 <li>Follow all company and safety rules/policies</li>
 <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
 <li>High School Degree or Equivalent required</li>
 <li>Experience in manufacturing or warehousing environment preferred</li>
 <li>Ability to read and comprehend instructions, manuals, and memos</li>
 <li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds</li>
 <li>Ability to work overtime as needed</li>
</ul>
Desired Characteristics:
<ul>
 <li>Forklift experience</li>
 <li>Experience working with tools and measuring equipment</li>
