  <div>
   A Thermal Decarbonization Engineer will perform Audits, Studies, Thermal Assessments in order to solve system issues and provide solutions for our customers. <br> Also will be responsible for the training of sales representatives and provide support for the sales, marketing, and vertical markets teams.

  <p><b> Key Responsibilities</b></p>
  <div>
   Will visit plants/facilities to identify root causes of issues/problems while collecting information, analyze thermal systems and maintain safety. <br> Work in office: <br>
   <li>Answer questions and inquiries (phone, e-mail) from customers, sales, marketing, reps, ATMs, VMDs</li><br>
   <li>Studies related - data analysis, calculations (excel), equipment specifications (need to know Armstrong's products and applications), report writing (word, SAGE), preparing presentations</li><br>
   <li>Proposals related- Communicate with customers and Reps to define scope of work and required/desired deliverables; Estimate the cost of the study; Write a proposal</li><br>
   <li>Develop new and re-purpose existing training materials</li><br>
   <li>Other duties as assigned and not limited to the above</li>

  <p><b> Key Requirements</b></p>
  <div>
   <li>Knowledge of steam, hot water - processes, products and applications</li><br>
   <li>Knowledge of any other thermal systems - process heaters, cooling towers, chillers a plus</li><br>
   <li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software / knowledge of SAGE, SalesForce, IFS a plus</li><br>
   <li>Ability to follow all safety practices and protocols</li><br>
   <li>Ability to read drawings and make schematics/drawings</li><br>
   <li>Willingness to train/learn the position if applicable</li><br>
   <li>Physical and Mental stamina to stand, walk, lift, and adjust to the noise and lighting of the manufacturing environment.</li><br>
   <li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail</li><br>
   <li>Excellent time management skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines</li><br>
   <li>Ability to prioritize tasks</li><br>
   <li>Collaborates with current team while building positive professional new relationships</li><br>
   <li>Ability to remain professional in stressful situations</li><br>
   <li>Proficient in the use of instrumentation to perform measurements and download readings</li><br>
   <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, quick thinking and ability to apply information/knowledge learned from one area to another</li><br>
   <li>Convey information and ideas to technical and non-technical personnel</li><br>
   <li>Multitasking - observing, asking questions and understanding/analyzing answers, and taking notes</li><br>
   <li>Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English</li><br>
   <li>Bachelor's degree in engineering required</li>
