    <p>Proactively and reactively respond to the sales and service needs of large commercial, industrial, and municipal WE customers including demand side management, outages, power quality issues, new services, outdoor lighting, rewires, hold-off clearances, and billing inquiries. This position is responsible for maximizing business opportunities with customers.</p>

   <div>
    <p><br> The Energy Services Consultant performs the following duties:</p>
    <p><b><br> Develop & Maintain Relationships with Large Industrial, Commercial, Municipal, & Developers</b></p><br>
    <p></p>
    <ul>
     <li>Contact, establish, and maintain relationships with both new and current customers to discuss their wants, needs, and service concerns to retain their business.</li>
     <li>Respond to customers/contractors requests for outages, rate evaluations, bill inquiries, and various service functions.</li>
     <li>Investigate methods available for improving system reliability.</li>
     <li>Analyze customer loads to determine proper rate application and prepare for line extension contracts.</li>
     <li>Work with developers, contractors, consultants, engineering firms to establish new and expanded service.</li>
     <li>Coordinate installation with internal and external resources.</li>
     <li>Handle all follow-up with customer concerns</li>
     <li>Work with solar accounts</li>
    </ul>
    <p><br> <br> <b>Proactive Load Management</b></p><br>
    <p></p>
    <ul>
     <li>Contact customers and contractors, establish curtailment and interruptible rates.</li>
     <li>Promote sales and service of energy conservation, fast track financing, and Interlink-computer system to monitor load and demand at customer location.</li>
    </ul>
    <p><br> <br> <b>Marketing Information System Maintenance</b></p><br>
    <p></p>
    <ul>
     <li>Update and maintain database information to ensure uniform handling of customer needs and to provide complete information to WE personnel (Report Card system).</li>
    </ul>
    <p><b><br> </b><br> <b>Miscellaneous</b></p><br>
    <p></p>
    <ul>
     <li>Provide utilization analysis of customer loads and equipment.</li>
     <li>Work with project managers to prepare business proposals for project development.</li>
     <li>Promote and follow through on Night Aura projects.</li>
     <li>Analyze customer loads to determine proper rate application and prepare line extension contracts.</li>
     <li>Assist and fill in for service managers as necessary.</li>
     <li>First Alert service for large customers to ask for voluntary load reduction during high demands, inform large customers of service interruptions in advance (TSI), or explain outages after the fact.</li>

    <h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b> Minimum Experience Required</b></h2>
   </div>

    <ul>
     <li>Applicant must have an associate degree (or equivalent education) in engineering, marketing, business administration, project management or finance.</li>
     <li>Applicant must have at least three years of customer contact experience.</li>
     <li>Applicant must have a valid driver's license and meet the companys requirements for driving.</li>
     <li>For positions in some locations, applicants must comply with D.O.T. Part 199 Pipeline drug and alcohol testing requirements.</li>
    </ul>
