 Summary:
 The Solar Installer will assemble, install, and maintain solar photovoltaic (PV) systems for our growing team!  Great pay! Paid bi-weekly! $20-$30/hr, depending on experience.
 Responsibilities:
 <ul>
 <li>Assemble and install solar panels on roofs and other structures.</li>
 <li>Configure PV systems based on site conditions and customer's needs and expectations</li>
 <li>Connect panels to the power grid.</li>
 <li>Follow building standards and codes when installing panels and support structures.</li>
 <li>Ensure that equipment is weather sealed.</li>
 <li>Perform routine maintenance on PV systems.</li>
 <li>Perform other related duties as assigned.</li>
 </ul>
 Skills/Experience:
 <ul>
 <li>Knowledge of PV equipment and installation.</li>
 <li>Knowledge of electrical wiring and equipment.</li>
 <li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li>
 <li>Ability to read building plans.</li>
 <li>Ability to read equipment manuals.</li>
 <li>Ability to use hand and power tools to install PV panels.</li>
 <li>High school diploma or equivalent required</li>
 <li>Previous related experience preferred.</li>
 </ul>
 Physical Requirements:
 <ul>
 <li>Must be able to work at heights.</li>
 <li>Prolonged periods of kneeling, bending, crouching, and climbing ladders.</li>
 <li>Must be able to lift at least 35-45 pounds at a time.</li>
