Generator Industries is looking for an outgoing, self-starter with a strong desire to learn and succeed. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, supporting the generator installation schedule, managing multiple projects and supporting overall sales and operations. You should be a business minded individual with a positive attitude and excellent written and oral skills.
What youll do:
- Working with local Municipalities for permits and local codes
- Schedule dates with consumers for in home consultations and installations
- Point of contact for customer service
- Act as a central point of contact on proposals and leads
- Notify buyer when equipment needs to be ordered
- Supervise floor plan surprise audits
- Handle paperwork, Process orders and keep project documentation organized
- Assist with scheduling of service and sales appointments and customer questions
