The role
Ideal applicants will possess a wide range of skills, including commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, calibration, monitoring, and repair of heavy electrical equipment. Successful applicants possess strong electrical aptitudes and knowledge, hands-on skills, and problem-solving abilities. Additionally, they will be flexible and attentive to customers' needs.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
<ul>
 <li>Supervising and overseeing operations of multiple service teams within the region.</li>
 <li>Creating a weekly schedule and providing updates on direct reports' daily tasks, assigning of warranty claims to technicians, control, and part review.</li>
 <li>Meetings with clients to provide customer technical support and follow up on billing for the region.</li>
 <li>Providing support and guidance to service teams. Monitoring performance and providing feedback to technicians. Overall personnel management.</li>
 <li>Collaborating with other departments to improve processes and procedures.</li>
 <li>Start-up and commissioning of solar inverters at customers' PV solar sites.</li>
 <li>Stock management - responsible for inventory parts assigned to the region.</li>
 <li>Responsible for caring for company property such as company vehicle, tools, electronic devices, and PPE.</li>
 <li>Follow up on procedures of Safe Start and Safe Stop. Practice and adhere to Safety and Training policies. Complete Level 2 audits of safety in the sites. Zero incidents.</li>
 <li>Completion of expense reports.</li>
 <li>Other responsibilities as assigned.</li>
</ul>
Required Qualifications:
<ul>
 <li>Degree in Electrical Engineering or 6+ months relevant professional experience as an electrician.</li>
 <li>US work authorization (Preferred).</li>
 <li>Must have a valid driver license.</li>
 <li>Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.</li>
 <li>Management experience.</li>
</ul>
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
