Cinnamon Energy Systems (CES) is a Los Gatos-based solar, battery and electrification contractor with a heritage of over 15,000 customers since 2001. Functions & Responsibilities:
 Locating roof structural members
 Installing flashed roof attachments
 Installing racking, inverter, and solar panel components
 Working with Lead Installers to complete wiring and grounding
 Loading, unloading and cleanup of job equipment and materials; and other related tasks
Customer Satisfaction
 Consistently show professionalism &amp; diplomacy to assure customer satisfaction
 Effectively escalate customer situations when unable to achieve resolution
Teamwork and Dependability:
 Demonstrate ability to work effectively with other team members and company employees.
 Maintain a professional image and decorum at all times
 Meet established attendance guidelines
 Demonstrate attentiveness and comprehension at all company trainings/meetings
 Advocate service delivery system improvements
 Performs other allied duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements & Qualifications:
 High School degree
 2 or more years of construction/Solar roof experience
 Be able to communicate effectively to supervisor when needed
 Skills in using common construction tools
 Willingness & ability to work overtime when needed
Must have valid drivers licence
 Maintain a clean driving record
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
