Job Description: As an Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our solar installation projects to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include managing installation teams, coordinating projects, ensuring compliance with codes and regulations, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining project schedules and budgets. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in electrical and general construction work, strong project coordination skills, proficiency with computer systems, and excellent leadership abilities.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
 <li>Manage and supervise the daily operations of the installation teams.</li>
 <li>Plan, coordinate, and oversee the installation of photovoltaic (PV) solar systems.</li>
 <li>Ensure all work performed adheres to current NEC, CEC, and local codes and regulations.</li>
 <li>Maintain compliance with all PPE and safety regulations per OSHA and company standards.</li>
 <li>Troubleshoot technical issues and provide assistance as necessary.</li>
 <li>Provide leadership, coaching, technical training, and mentorship to the solar installation crew.</li>
 <li>Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.</li>
 <li>Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports.</li>
 <li>Manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure project completion within the stipulated time frame and budget.</li>
 <li>Communicate with management periodically to update job status.</li>
 <li>Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the installation process.</li>
 <li>Perform other needed job tasks as requested by management.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
 <li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical work and 5 years in general construction, with a focus on solar and/or electrical installations.</li>
 <li>Proven experience in project coordination and management.</li>
 <li>Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM and ERP systems.</li>
 <li>Must have own hand tools and power tools.</li>
 <li>Experience with electrical installation, troubleshooting, and repair.</li>
 <li>Working knowledge of solar installation, construction, and/or roofing.</li>
 <li>Ability to coach, mentor, and lead a construction crew.</li>

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
