 Collective Clean Energy Fund (CCEF) is a nonprofit investment fund that utilizes and leverages mission-driven capital to fill finance gaps to accelerate clean energy projects. CCEF operates on the “Green Bank” model and identifies unserved and underserved clean energy opportunities in Colorado and beyond. CCEF works with a variety of stakeholders to structure funding that makes these opportunities a reality. As the newest member of our team, you will play a pivotal role as the relationship owner for the contractors in our network, driving meaningful impact in Colorado's clean energy landscape. Fueled by purpose and mission, you'll support residential contractor installers in implementing renewable energy projects that are critical to achieving our climate goals. Working closely with the Head of Business Development, you'll be instrumental in engaging and expanding our contractor base, guiding them through our authorization process, and providing tailored training to optimize their use of CCEF programs. Your 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership development will be invaluable. Spend your days: 
<ul>
<li>Leading contractor recruitment and engagement efforts, leveraging relationships with key organizations and serving as their primary point of contact</li>
<li>Building strong contractor relationships - providing open communication, setting expectations, and managing requirements</li>
<li>Collaborating with CCEF leadership to optimize contractor processes and develop innovative strategies</li>
<li>Participating in the recruitment of new contractors – understanding their needs and guiding them through the authorization process</li>
<li>Working closely with business development and residential teams to understand contractor’s needs and provide training on CCEF programs and financing, ensuring seamless integration</li>
<li>Analyzing and reporting on contractor metrics, providing feedback for improvement</li>
<li>Evangelizing our mission through networking, industry events, and public speaking events</li>
</ul>
 
Show us your: 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership development</li>
<li>Adept at cultivating strong working relationships with diverse stakeholders both as a road warrior connecting in-person and virtually</li>
<li>Working knowledge of clean energy technologies, including energy efficiency, EV infrastructure, building energy management, building electrification, or solar project development</li>
<li>Technologically savvy with proficiency with Cloud-based systems such as Google Workspace and CRMs</li>
<li>Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and articulate them in a virtual world</li>
<li>Detail-oriented, organized, and excellent at streamlining processes</li>
<li>Current Residency in Colorado</li>
