Position Specific Description
This position will be responsible for assisting in the researching, strategizing, and managing the collection of state incentives. You will work with your leadership and teammates to develop and implement an automated strategy to collect these incentives, optimizing our resources and benefits. The incentive programs EverBright participates in are for Residential, Small Distributed Generation, Photovoltaic assets.
○ Conduct comprehensive research on incentives programs offered by various states and summarize findings into digestible reports.
○ Assist in the development and execution of incentive program implementation.
○ Develop an automated strategy for the collection of researched incentives, ensuring the process is streamlined, efficient, and effective.
○ Oversee the management and collection of incentives, including tracking, monitoring, and reporting on progress and success.
○ Liaise with different teams and stakeholders across the organization to align the incentives strategy with overall business objectives.
○ Maintain a thorough understanding of evolving state incentives programs and policies.
○ Ensure compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations related to incentives programs.
○ Collaborate with the finance team to assess the financial impact and benefits of collected incentives.
○ Assist in managing and training third-party resources.
○ Assist in completing and auditing incentive applications/registrations.
