Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy and our solutions.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and customize solutions to fit customer needs.
- Set your own appointments and close sales deals.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project execution.

Pay: $145,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
