 Duties & Responsibilities:
 <ul>
 <li>Drives a company vehicle to multiple service calls a day: residential and commercial sites located across Missouri, Eastern Kansas and Northern Arkansas. May be required to perform tasks alone.</li>
 <li>Delivers high level of customer service by addressing customers' questions and concerns and effectively communicating system specifications, performance metrics, and variances to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.</li>
 <li>Responsible for being a subject-matter expert on processes associated with the installation of PV Systems and maintain a strong understanding of PV design requirements.</li>
 <li>Troubleshoot, maintain, service, and repair residential and commercial solar PV systems and associated equipment to ensure proper operation of installed systems.</li>
 <li>Carry out on site testing and troubleshooting with manufacturers' technical support services to determine cause and remedy of system failure(s).</li>
 <li>Provide complete and thorough documentation and reports upon completion of each assigned job.</li>
 <li>Communicate with other company departments internally to ensure customer expectations are met.</li>
 <li>Maintain accurate knowledge of processes and procedures within the service department to guarantee quality service ticket completion.</li>
 <li>Other duties as assigned by Service Manager.</li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>Must be at least 21 years or older.</li>
 <li>No major traffic violations.</li>
 <li>Ability to work in inclement weather and an average of 45 hours a week</li>
 <li>Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)</li>
 <li>Ability to climb ladders, bend and kneel repeatedly throughout the day and able to work at heights</li>
 <li>Reliable transportation</li>
 <li>Must be a team player</li>
 <li>Ability to lift 75 lbs and 50 lbs continually</li>
 <li>Dependable and on time</li>
 <li>May be required to operate digging/trenching equipment</li>
 <li>Knowledge of hand & power tools recommended.</li>
 <li>Job related experience in solar and/or construction</li>
 <li>Trades experience in electrical is preferred</li>
 <li>Understanding of the NEC Codes that relate to Solar PV Installations</li>
 <li>PV installation, design, and troubleshooting experience is a plus</li>
 <li>OSHA certification preferred but not required</li>
 <li>Roofing experience is also a plus</li>
