Customer Success Manager, OEMS Trading

In a role that is comprised of relationship management, client education and deep workflow expertise, the CSM manages a portfolio of accounts and end-users, being responsible for successful adoption, retention and expansion of our Trading solutions.
We are looking for a highly driven and enthusiastic professional to join our Customer Success Team specialized in Execution and Order Management. You will serve as a trusted advisor to customers on both the Buy and Sell Side in North America, helping them use our products to navigate the electronification of financial markets, meet regulatory requirements and run their Sales & Trading business.
Role Overview:
- Act as subject matter expert for LSEGs OEMS Trading solutions and value proposition, including TORA, REDI, AlphaDesk and Autex Trade Route.
- Own the customer engagement for a portfolio of buyside accounts: contact users, build relationships, provide thought leadership and ultimately drive adoption of our solutions, working with a wide range of stakeholders at different levels: CTOs, Heads of Desks, end-users in Front/Middle/Back office.
- Act as main point of contact for Execution Brokers community, ensuring transactions revenue grows, and foster open dialogue and relationships with our broker network.
- Process requests on trading connections, algo specs, generate contracts and negotiate rates as required. Hold pricing discussions.
- Demonstrate and educate customers on how to use our products, content, and technologies in a manner that is tailored to their specific workflow and use-case, both face-to-face and remotely.
- Monitor and assess customer health using internal dashboards and your understanding of your customer business goals. Action retention plans to avoid cancellations.
- Conduct Business Reviews: co-create and review success/value plans with your clients to align our solutions to their needs, share product roadmaps and review milestones.
- Uncover new opportunities by actively asking questions, sharing and collaborating with Sales to upsell and cross-sell.
- Work with other teams such as Sales, Account Management, Implementation Specialists, Product and Customer Support, to ensure we're addressing your customers needs, acting as their voice at LSEG.
- Collect feedback on our OEMS platforms and pass along to product teams to help enhance and develop based on market needs.
Qualifications/Skills:
- +3 years of securities industry experience in Capital Markets, preferably in relationship management, sales, consulting, or other customer facing role.
- Knowledge of electronic trading workflows and desktop trading technologies (EMS, OMS, PMS, FIX connectivity)
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 (active)
- Genuine curiosity about emerging technologies and APIs. Python a strong plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, building relationships internally and externally
- Commercial savvy and ability to present both business and technical concepts, using data to make decisions, analyze trends, simplify and solve problems
- Experience facilitating customer meetings and presenting to an audience in a concise and inspirational manner.
- Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment and rapidly- changing market
- Highly organized, self-starter, positive and results oriented

Compensation/Benefits Information (New York applicants only):
LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $96,400 - $179,200.
Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Variable Incentive Compensation plan. Target variable compensation will be commensurate with the posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience. LSEG roles (excluding internships and part-time roles of less than 20 hours per week) are typically eligible for inclusion in our LSEG Benefits program, which includes offerings of: Annual Wellness Allowance, Paid time-off, Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Spending & Health Savings Options, Prescription Drug plan, 401(K) Savings Plan and Company match.
